One of the most popular, and my personal favorite, is Mondera. It is super easy to use, and very visual, so you know exactly what you are choosing. The one downside with mondera is it is a bit limited sometimes with selection. For example, you can only select gold or platinum bands.

Adiamor also has an excellent build your own section. Adiamor is particularly useful if you want to quickly go through all the different shapes available, and see what each will look like in your engagement ring.
Engagement Rings Direct is a third option, though this one is much more complex. You can design an amazing ring, but its not nearly as simple as other sites and also is quite expensive.

At the very least, checking out some build your own engagement ring sites gives you a great idea of what is available out there. You can see what the different combinations of bands, settings, and stones looks like, and will better prepare you for your engagement ring shopping.
